At NewStories we have decades of experience in helping communities and organizations and businesses have conversations that matter — conversations which explore possibilities, strategize new action, deepen learning and just help people step with enough confidence and clarity into what is important now.
Our approach to conversation draws on many practices and communities. Art of Hosting , World Cafe, and Open Space Technology (OST) are some of the practices we draw from. You can explore these and other methods in another Essential Knowledge entry: Methodologies for Dialogue and Conversation.
We combine all of these into an approach we developed with colleagues in Japan. We call them FutureSessions.
