October Regenerative Responders Call

Session Details:

Title: The Art of Convening for Regenerative Systems Change
Date: Tuesday, October 21st, 2025
Time: 12:00 – 1:30 PM PT (90-minute session; early departure option available)
Facilitator: Arielle T. Sullivan, Systems Change Facilitator and Consultant

Session Overview

Join us for a transformative exploration of how strategic, artful convening can activate change potential in any system. In this session, Arielle T. Sullivan will ground participants in the core principles of living systems using the mycelial network as a metaphor.

By learning and leveraging these principles, Regenerative practitioners will explore how they can work with the power of systems intelligence to respond efficiently and effectively for unleashed impact.

Arielle will be sharing her story about how she discovered her calling – convening leaders, organizations and networks in service of Regenerative System Change.

"This session is an attempt to better understand where and how the art of convening can help regenerative responders be more effective in their roles navigating great uncertainty and change. It will explore what types of conversations, decisions, processes and tools are needed to better self-organize and regenerate in times of disaster."

What You'll Explore:

      • The Mycelial Network Metaphor – Discover how underground fungal networks that sustain forests can inform how we design human systems for resilience and regeneration

      • Systems Intelligence in Action – Learn to work with the intelligence already present in any system, drawing from Arielle’s work convening 110+ organizations to transform the U.S. Composting Industry

      • Regenerative Design Principles – Explore core principles that help networks operate like living organisms

      • Your Own Ecosystem Assessment – Leave with concrete ways to recognize and strengthen regenerative patterns in your communities and work

"Networks can heighten their effectiveness by adopting the wisdom and intelligence of living systems principles. These principles, also called Regenerative Design Principles, can be applied in the design of convening as well as leveraged in how a community or network operates like a living organism, using resources efficiently and responding appropriately and strategically."

We’re living in times that demand new approaches to change and healing. The old ways of working in isolation aren’t sufficient for the complex challenges we face—but there is another way. A way that works with the intelligence of living systems and harnesses the wisdom of interconnection for healing and transformation.

You are part of a growing movement of Regenerative Responders—practitioners, community members and change agents who understand that we cannot solve these challenges alone. Whether you’re responding to climate disasters, facilitating organizational change, or building community resilience, you know that lasting transformation happens through relationship, reciprocity, and working with—rather than against—the patterns of life itself.

This isn’t just another workshop. It’s an invitation to step more fully into your role as a weaver of regenerative systems change.

Can’t attend live? No problem! The call will be recorded.
