Izumi walks alongside those navigating leadership and life through times of change, complexity, and renewal. Her work is guided by a simple understanding – how we lead cannot be separated from how we are.
Over decades of practice, she has worked with people from more than 65 countries, offering spaces for reflection, learning, and transformation through coaching, facilitation, and retreat.
Her practice also takes shape through Ginkoh (吟行), a way of living and leading grounded in awareness, attunement, and presence.
Born in Japan, she now lives and works between the United States and India.
