Tracy Chaplin Meisterheim designs and leads transformative learning programs and strategic change initiatives, building individual and collective capacity for conscious leadership and resilience. She facilitates alignment and connection between people, place, ideas, systems, and resources by engaging creativity, strategic frameworks, emergence, and practical tools in service to sustainability. Tracy offers training, coaching and services in facilitation of multistakeholder dialogues, participatory engagement, process design, educational design, teaching, and coaching.
Tracy is owner/principal at Blue Heron Sustainability Associates, Art of Hosting steward, The Natural Step associate, Flow Game Host, Real Colors Facilitator, and co-founder/former director of a sustainability education center based on permaculture, social entrepreneurship, nonviolence and community resilience. She is currently Program Director/Senior Lecturer for the Master’s in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability (MSLS) at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden.
