Yuka Saionji is deputy chairperson of Goi Peace Foundation and Byakko Shinko Kai, a spiritual organization dedicated to world peace and raising the consciousness of humanity that originated in Japan over 50 years ago. She is a board member of the Miratsuku (which means emerging future), a nonprofit organization working on community-building through dialogue. Saionji is a member of the Evolutionary Leaders and World Spirit Youth Council. She works with youth around the world on projects for peace. She has a degree in law from Gakushuin University in Japan.
