Bob Stilger, Co-President of  NewStories, helped us at the Spokane Regional Health District (SRHD) to formulate how we engage staff in the work we are doing on health equity. He introduced us to Berkana’s Two Loops which provided our team with a framework from which we can view transition and change. It was valuable to be reminded that we adapt to change at different speeds and we need to cognizant of who is ahead as well as who is behind.
